Shivaji Maharaj speech First of all, greetings to my most holy motherland, honorable platform, dignitaries on the platform, venerable gurus and all Shiva devotees present. Today I am going to talk about a great person of whom not only you but the whole country is proud of the world. That is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. And that lion is the rich Shrimanyogi, the king of public welfare, the ruler knows King Shivchhatrapati Shivaji Raje Bhosle. Shivaji Maharaj was born on Shivneri fort, hence his name Shivaji. His father's name was Shahaji Raje Bhosale and his mother's name was Jijabai. Shivrai was very intelligent and sharp from his childhood. Shivaji Maharaj took oath to establish Swarajya at the age of fifteen. Creating Swarajya was not an easy task. At that time slavery was everywhere and there was a formidable enemy in front of it. In it, many brave heroes like Bajiprabhu Deshpande, Tanaji Malusare, Murarbaji Deshpande, Netaji Palkar Kondaji Farjad had supported their Shivarayas. With his shrewd and shrewd intellect and with the help of Mavals, Shivaraya defeated the formidable enemy in front of him, namely Afzal Khan, Aurangzeb, Shahistekhan and defeated them. Destroying thousands of years of slavery, he established a complete self-government and brought to light the ryots who had been in darkness for so many days. Shivrai was an environmentalist. He used to help farmers in times of drought. He forgave them all and looked after the interests of the farmers. There was no discrimination in the Swarajya. Women were respected and honored. Farmers were respected. Saints were respected. And every Marathi man was proud that Shiva Chhatrapati was our king.
